The reality TV star, 32, admitted that up until now she's found it difficult to embrace her pregnancy weight gain and new curves.
But Kim's revealed that it all changed when she felt her baby kick for the first time.
Kim explained: "Now I think I'm past all the awkward stages and phases, and once you feel the baby kick it's a whole new experience. I finally really embrace it. I love it now, but it took a minute. It was a lot - a lot of body changes and stuff."
